Wiyaka (CMA) is a California based telecommunications consulting firm formed in 1989. Our mission is to provide our clients with the most qualified, expert and impartial consultants available in the telecommunications industry.

We specialize in providing comprehensive communications planning, matching specific client business needs and goals with current technologies. Those technologies encompass all forms of communication --- verbal, text, data, video and internet. In order to design effective solutions for clients, consultants must maintain vendor independence. Wiyaka is not affiliated with vendors or service providers. The State of California Department of General Services, Telecom Division, has certified Wiyaka/CMA as a vendor independent consulting firm under MSA 2034. However, to effectively represent client needs in the design and implementation of telecommunications, an up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of technology features and functionality is required. Wiyaka is actively involved in all vendor consultant liaison and education programs.
