Rod Feather, President/CEO and Executive Consultant
Mr. Feather has thirty-six years of telecommunications experience, much of that in technical and operational consulting roles, and has been an independent consultant since 1989.His telecommunications experience began in the Air Force in electronic Warefare, as a Consultant Engineer with Rockwell International and ten years with Pacific Bell, including management positions in T-1 maintenance, Central Office (ESS) Electronic Switching System implementation and Network Operations Staff and management positions in product management, operations, engineering and internal consulting in the private sector. Rod holds a BSEE degree from the University of California at Irvine.
Mr. Feather is currently active on Public and Private Sector projects.Currently with the County of Glenn (VoIP). Other recent projects include creating strategic plans and managing procurements for the County of Tuolumne, CA (VoIP); MOCSE Federal Credit Union, CA; the City of Watsonville, CA (VoIP); Tyndall FederalCredit Union, Forida; Washington State Employees Credit Union , Kitsap Community Federal Credit Union, Washington State (VoIP); MOCSE Credit Union, CA (VoIP); the City of Clovis, CA (VoIP) and the City of Fresno, CA.
