Chinese Martial Arts of West Shore
Who We Are
Martial Arts have survived in times of peace for a reason. The virtues we cultivate through training are the same virtues we can use to be successful in life. At CMA West, we teach students that the most rewarding things in life are things that only they can earn for themselves. As a result, students build values and friendships that will last a lifetime.

Coach Andres Gutierrez
Being a teacher is a position of honor, and I approach it with absolute commitment. I've had some truly outstanding teachers in my life who have set a high standard of excellence for both myself and my students. After nearly 30 years of training, I'm more passionate than ever about martial arts and the positive impact it can have on our lives. Every day I learn something new, and forgotten lessons are relearned and reinforced when shared with fresh minds. It's a privilege to be able to pass the knowledge I’ve gained on to others. It would be difficult to find someone who loves what they do more.
